We are now looking for a driven and committed Parking Lawyer to join our team working with Parking Debt Collection at Svea Bank! You will be part of the Svea Legal department and will have the opportunity to take on and manage your own cases. Do you thrive in a dynamic environment? About the job In the role of Parking Lawyer, you will work independently to handle disputes regarding parking cases from several of the country's largest parking companies that are clients of Svea Debt Collection. The work includes, among other things, being a legal representative both in and out of court. A large number of cases come in each week, and you will independently handle legal questions and provide advice to our clients primarily regarding parking matters. A significant part of the job involves being a representative during trials and writing statements. You will be part of a humble and helpful team, where there are two Parking Lawyers and a paralegal who together manage the legal aspects of our parking cases.

Who are you? We are looking for a lawyer who enjoys processing and handling many cases in a sometimes fast-paced environment. You manage your tasks independently and thrive with a lot of freedom under responsibility. We see that you are driven and engaged in your work and have a curiosity and desire to deepen your knowledge in the legal areas relevant to the position. Furthermore, you are meticulous in your work and can express yourself well in both speech and writing. You also have:

• Law degree
• Experience in legal work is an advantage
• Experience in litigation is an advantage
• Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge of English in both speech and writing
