About the Role

We are now looking for a salesperson for a growing SaaS company that offers digital geodata services. The company helps businesses plan their operations in the field and make better decisions in their daily operations, for example through address validation services via API and mapping tools for zone and route planning. Customers are found in many industries, primarily in the transport and service sectors.

As part of the sales team, you will work closely with your colleagues to find new customers, assist existing customers with new offers, and build long-term relationships. In this role, you will work both strategically and operationally to drive the entire sales cycle – from prospecting to signed deals. Initially, you will receive support in the sales process, but you are expected to quickly take your own meetings and drive business independently. As part of a small sales team, we expect you to want to help shape and develop the company's sales strategy and methods as the company's offerings grow and change.

Your Future Responsibilities  This is a role that suits you if you already have experience in sales and now want to take the next step. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and have the opportunity to grow both in responsibility and competence. Since it is a smaller company, your contributions will be noticeable and make a difference – and you will have the chance to influence how the company works and grows moving forward. In this role, you will among other things: 

  • Prospect and identify new potential customers 
  • Contact companies via phone and email to book meetings that can lead to business
  • Conduct thorough needs analyses with the customer in focus
  • Build a sales pipeline together with the team
  • Attend customer meetings and eventually drive the entire sales process independently
  • Keep the CRM system updated with customers and potential customers
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of the sales process
  • Who We Are Looking For

    We are looking for someone who has worked in sales and now wants to develop in the field. In addition, we would like you to have: 

  • Ease in contacting and communicating with others
  • An organized working style and a sense of structure
  • The ability to roll up your sleeves when needed and not give up, even when it gets tough
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • We Consider It a Plus If You Have

  • Experience in B2B sales, with longer sales cycles and larger deals
  • Experience in selling digital services or IT
  • A background in the transport industry (e.g., logistics planning or driving jobs)
  • Post-secondary education in fields such as economics, technology, or similar
