About Billecta Billecta is a leading provider of advanced system solutions that automate the invoicing flow. We process over 6 million invoices annually and handle a total amount of 75 billion SEK. About the team & role The sales team is growing and facing increasingly complex processes, both in sales and in interaction with other parts of the organization. This places increased demands on coaching, structure, and continuous support.

To meet a changing market, ensure data quality in CRM, and support the team in a longer and more solution-focused sales process, we are now recruiting a Team Lead.

As Team Lead and Technical Sales Manager, you will have a combined role that includes leadership and operational sales work. You will lead Billecta's sales team and report to the Chief Commercial Officer. The team is results-oriented, and each individual has a central role within their specialty.

In this role, a significant focus will be on these areas of responsibility:

  • Ownership of the Sales Process You are responsible for the entire sales process, including new customer acquisition, prospecting, and handling both outgoing and incoming leads.
  • Leadership and Inspiration Implement clear goal management and follow-up to provide clarity and direction for the team. Inspire through your own sales skills and methods.
  • Development and Learning Offer continuous development and learning for the team and yourself.
  • Results and Efficiency Meet your own sales targets and budget while balancing incentives and expectations within the team.
  • Business Development Identify and engage potential customers to build long-term business relationships.
  • Optimization and Analysis Refine the effectiveness of existing methods and provide analyses for improvements. Ensure that we utilize system support and external resources in the best way to effectively build and maintain your customer portfolio.
  • Technical Collaboration Collaborate with our technology and product teams to ensure that customer needs and expectations are met through our products and solutions.

    We are looking for someone who

  • Has at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of good results
  • Experience in sales leadership, preferably with some form of methodology.
  • Thrives in an environment where you can help build the business and contribute to long-term development
  • Has the ability to combine technical understanding with a strong business sense
  • Is passionate about innovation, technology, and finding solutions that create value for customers
  • Has experience in SaaS, complex solution, or fintech sales (preferred but not required)
    • As a person, you have a sales drive in your blood and the ability to uplift others. You are structured and responsible – someone who likes to keep track of things, follow up, and ensure that things get done. You are curious, want to constantly develop, and are happy to share your knowledge with the team.
