Working in Testing and Analysis 

With our client, you will play a central role in the development and enhancement of analysis and data processing tools related to advanced testing environments. You will support the testing operations by creating and adapting software tools used both in simulations and in live tests of flight simulators. The role also includes analyzing test data to ensure that the control systems meet high safety and functionality requirements.

Our client works agilely with a wide variety of assignments within the section, creating good opportunities for both deepening and broadening in the field. This is a role for you who are curious about aviation technology, advanced systems, and future solutions – both for manned and unmanned systems.

The role is suitable for both those with a few years of experience from the tech or industrial sector, as well as those who have worked with aviation, data analysis, or testing environments and now want to take the next step in their career.

Being a Consultant at Nexer Tech Talent

Nexer Tech Talent specializes in giving young tech talents the ultimate start to their careers. For this role, you will be employed by Nexer Tech Talent but work with our client. You will also participate in a tailored training program where you will have the opportunity to develop and deepen your technical skills in areas such as AI, Cloud, and cybersecurity, as well as in leadership and personal development.

You will be coached by a mentor at our client and a consultant manager at Nexer Tech Talent. As a consultant with us, you will be well taken care of and often invited to joint activities such as lectures, afterworks, and lunch meetings. After successfully completing the consulting assignment, the intention is that you will be offered a position with our client.  

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a technical education as a civil engineer or a bachelor's degree in engineering
• Has a focus such as technical physics, mechanical engineering with an emphasis on fluid and mechatronic systems, aerospace engineering, computer science, electronics, or similar
• Experience in programming and data analysis (e.g., Python, Git, Matlab, Linux)
• Has a strong interest in aviation and/or technology
