We are now looking for a nursing assistant for awake night shifts at Silverpark in Täby.

The position is a permanent employment at 64% with a 6-month probationary period.

About Silverpark

Silverpark is located near the Roslagsbanan, bus stops, and parking. The residence is very close to Täby center, where there is access to shopping and services in various areas, including podiatry, hairdressers, banks/post offices, and grocery stores. There is also a collaboration with podiatrists and hairdressers who visit Silverpark regularly.

• We are a dementia-certified residence, which means that all of us who work here are trained in dementia and care through Vardaga's Dementia Academy (https://www.vardaga.se/var-aldreomsorg/demens/).

As a nursing assistant, you are incredibly important! Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see each person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you learn a lot about care, aging, and how to meet people. You are closest to the resident and therefore have a key role in the team with the nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. You also participate in care planning and write social documentation.

Your experience and knowledge We prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant and have worked a few years in elderly care. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also advantageous. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important.
