Property Manager with Broad Competence Wanted – Svenska Phoenix in Alingsås AB

About the Position

We are looking for a self-driven and practical property manager with good social skills for our properties in Alingsås. You should be able to work with various tasks within property management, carpentry, basic plumbing, and electrical work. The work is carried out both independently and in contact with our tenants.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and maintenance of properties
• Carpentry
• Basic plumbing and electrical installations
• Contact with tenants regarding reports of issues and supervision
• Documentation and follow-up of work efforts

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in property management or similar work
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Driver's license B + Heavy trailer (C license is an advantage)
• Good social skills – able to meet tenants professionally
• Meticulous, responsible, and reliable
• Independent and solution-oriented

Meritorious

• Hot work or other relevant certificates
