Do you want to help shape the future of orthopedic rehabilitation together with a dedicated team of professional colleagues? Furuhöjden is now looking for a licensed Physiotherapist with a specialist degree in orthopedics. Here you will have the opportunity to work with a varied patient group and develop in a dynamic and learning environment!

About the position

This position is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process is conducted through Bravura and you will be employed directly by Furuhöjden.

About the company

Furuhöjden is a private healthcare company consisting of four operations; rehabilitation, rehab center, general practitioner clinic, and occupational health. Their vision is to be a personal and seamless choice for health, care, and rehabilitation. Furuhöjden's philosophy is to provide person-centered care and rehabilitation, always with the individual at the center.

At Furuhöjden Rehab Center, outpatient rehabilitation is offered with a focus on neurology and orthopedics. Guests come here daily to train with professional staff in a calm environment. They have several specialized physiotherapists as well as a team within day rehabilitation. All professional groups work closely together to achieve each patient's goals. The staff is updated with current knowledge and regularly receives professional development through training. This occurs, among other things, in connection with development days and planning sessions. Since Furuhöjden has several diagnosis groups and many experienced employees, significant learning takes place on-site in the operation. Through the different units, there is a great opportunity for knowledge exchange from both primary care, inpatient care, and specialist care. In this role, you will operate within the agreement for Specialist Physiotherapist Orthopedics (Care Choice Specialized Physiotherapy) and work in the operation with patients both individually and in groups. This role also includes collaborating with other units.

Job responsibilities

As a licensed physiotherapist in orthopedics, you will work in outpatient care with both individual and group-based rehabilitation for patients in need of training. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the rehabilitation of patients from all over the Stockholm area through Furuhöjden's agreement with Region Stockholm for Specialized Physiotherapy. As a physiotherapist, you will work with patients undergoing orthopedic rehabilitation, and you will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of cases, from newly operated to those who have had problems for a longer time. You will be offered a stimulating work environment where you work closely with an experienced team of physiotherapists and other rehabilitation professionals.

Your responsibilities include creating and implementing individual treatment plans, following up on patients' progress, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure a comprehensive solution for each patient. You will work both at the clinic and in collaboration with Furuhöjden's other units. In addition to patient work, you will also be involved in conducting training and contributing to the development of treatment methods.
