About the role

As a Bid & Contract Manager at SRS Group, you will have overall responsibility for driving and coordinating bidding processes as well as managing commercial contract administration. You will work closely with the sales and marketing organization and contribute to ensuring that our business is conducted with high quality, clarity, and professionalism.

You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and play a key role in driving SRS Group's continued growth and success through structured bidding work and business-oriented contract support.

Your main responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the entire bidding process – from requirements analysis to submission and follow-up.
  • Analyze tender documents and ensure that bids meet both customer requirements and internal guidelines.
  • Manage and follow up on commercial customer contracts.
  • Act as business support to the sales and marketing team.
  • Contribute to the development of templates, tools, and routines.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has at least 3 years of experience working with bids, procurements, or quotations – preferably with experience from the public sector (LOU).
  • Has excellent written skills and is used to working in a structured and independent manner.
  • Has a good understanding of commercial contracts and business processes.
  • Is proficient in Office 365 and preferably has experience with CRM or bidding systems.
  • Has post-secondary education in law, economics, sales, or public administration – or equivalent experience.
  • Speaks and writes Swedish fluently and has good knowledge of English.
  • Has experience from the security industry (meritorious).
