About the role: As a customer service representative, you will play a key role in developing and improving our customer service processes and assisting customers in B2C via phone and email, with some B2B contact also possible. You will work on:
- Developing, working on, and implementing new processes to improve customer service and streamline workflows.
- Contributing your experience from operational work, such as team leadership, inventory responsibility, or logistics, to optimize our services and processes.
- Improving the use of AI and automation to make work smoother and more efficient.
- Collaborating with teams and partners to develop and enhance our services, and providing feedback based on what customers say.
- Following up on customer cases to ensure all questions are resolved and our guidelines are followed.
We are looking for someone who: You have a big customer heart and are driven by creating outstanding customer experiences. You love meeting new people and are service-oriented in every interaction. With an inclusive mindset, you thrive in group collaboration and are also a fearless problem solver who finds creative solutions. You are analytical and confident in making decisions and can quickly adapt to changes.
- Have a complete high school diploma or equivalent
- Are fluent in Swedish and English, third language is a plus
- Experience working operationally and/or with automation is a plus, as is experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
