About us

Aleris Basic Home Healthcare is an important part of Aleris Primary Care and offers care when healthcare centers are closed – evenings, nights, and weekends. Our teams operate from five geographical areas in Stockholm County: Inner City, Northeast, Northwest, West, and South.

We are part of something larger – together with ASIH, specialized palliative care departments, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Emergency Care, we form a strong whole where care always starts from the patient's needs.

About the role – nurse with responsibility and variety

This is not an ordinary nursing job. Here you will:

• Be a central link in the team
• Combine clinical work, leadership, and administration
• Contribute to the development of routines and working methods
• Have close contact with healthcare centers and Aleris call center
• Work according to a rotating schedule of days, evenings, and weekends

Examples of tasks:

Daytime (weekdays)

• Assess referrals and ensure medical care based on patient safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare centers, in consultation with the unit manager and/or deputy unit manager.
• Be responsible for phone contacts with patients and our call center

Evenings and weekends

• Lead and distribute work within the clinical team
• Perform both planned and urgent home visits
• Ensure safe and secure care at home

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and want to work closely with both patients and colleagues – and who enjoys taking responsibility and making decisions in a dynamic environment.

We would like you to:

• Be a licensed nurse with at least 2 years of experience
• Have a B driver's license
• Have experience with TakeCare and good computer skills
• Communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Have experience in home healthcare (meritorious)
• Be confident, solution-focused, communicative, and enjoy working independently – but never alone

Employment conditions

• Extent: Full-time/Part-time
• Employment form: Permanent, starting with a 6-month probationary period
• Start date: By agreement
• Salary: Individual salary setting
• Collective agreement: Yes
