Job Responsibilities Hydroscand is a market leader in Scandinavia within hoses and fittings and is currently present in 20 countries globally. In Sweden, we have nearly 80 stores and about 90 service vans operating under the brand SlangExpress.
As a marketing communicator focusing on digital communication at Hydroscand, you play an important role in the company's external and internal communication. Our marketing department acts as a support function for our sales efforts and delivers practical and long-term marketing materials and campaigns to drive traffic to stores and e-commerce and increase our visibility in the market. Your tasks are both operational and strategic where you create and implement marketing efforts as well as being responsible for analysis, follow-up, and strategic initiatives.
Your responsibilities include the following tasks:
- Create and implement digital marketing campaigns through web, email, and social media. Actively contribute to the work of SEO and SEM to optimize visibility and drive qualified traffic to our website and branches. Plan, specify requirements, and optimize SEM campaigns and work with Lime CRM to create targeted and personalized campaigns.
- Ensure that the organization is adapted to current tools and trends and that projects are carried out according to established requirements and timelines through close collaboration with other colleagues.
- Analyze the results of digital activities and campaigns in Google Analytics and evaluate and adjust campaigns to ensure that set goals are met and ROI is driven.
- Develop and optimize content to drive traffic, conversions, and engagement on our digital platforms. Actively identify areas for improvement within our digital marketing channels and suggest development opportunities.
- Report key figures and develop action plans to optimize our digital strategies.
You will belong to Hydroscand's marketing department, which currently consists of a graphic communicator, a text communicator, and a marketing assistant. You will work closely with e-commerce, our sales organization, customer service, and our branches throughout Sweden. The work is conducted on-site at the office in Älvsjö.
Your profile We are looking for someone with a background that combines both creative and technical skills as well as practical experience in creating content on digital platforms. You should have experience from similar roles and feel comfortable analyzing results and drawing conclusions to contribute ideas and initiatives that strengthen the digital presence. You likely have an education in digital marketing or digital communication.
To succeed in the role, you should have:
- 3-5 years of experience from similar roles where you have collaborated in teams and with other departments such as sales, store operations, and IT. Experience from a similar industry and working B2B is highly meritorious.
- Experience using tools such as Google Analytics and social media platforms, advertising tools such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads, and CRM tools, preferably Lime CRM and Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Experience in SEM where you have been responsible for optimizing content for search engines and conducting paid campaigns.
- Experience writing engaging, target audience-specific, and SEO-friendly content.
- Familiarity with analyzing digital campaign results and using the information to improve future strategies.
