About the role We are now looking for a Norwegian-speaking customer support representative for our esteemed client in Northern Stockholm. In this role, you will be the company's face to the public and responsible for handling customer contact in a professional and engaging manner. You will manage incoming inquiries regarding orders, products, and other questions related to their aftermarket business, ensuring that each customer receives the best possible experience. You work proactively and structured, ensuring that customers receive the correct feedback and information. Contact is made via email and phone.
You will be working towards the Norwegian market and also closely collaborating with the Swedish team. This is a full-time consulting assignment for 6 months through The Place, which will then transition into a permanent position with the client company. Start in August/September.
Responsibilities
- Work with customer support for the Norwegian market
- Case management regarding orders, products, and aftermarket-related questions
- Provide customers with accurate information and feedback
- Collaborate with the team and other departments
Qualifications
- You have excellent knowledge of Norwegian, both spoken and written
- You speak and write fluent English and have a good understanding of Swedish
- You are proficient in the Office suite and have good computer skills
- You have a technical interest and/or previous experience in technology

About the position
- Full-time. For the first 6 months, you will be employed by The Place, after which you will transition to a permanent position with the client company (a so-called hire-recruitment).
- Location: Järfälla, Stockholm.
- Start in August/September, but interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
- Working hours 07:30-16:00, with some flexibility and the option to work from home a couple of days a week after your onboarding period.
