Do you want to be a part of Team Thomas?

You will be part of our sales organization of 10 people. We are located in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Sollebrunn, covering most of Sweden and the Norwegian market from there. In response to the positive reception of our products, we are now expanding the sales team in Stockholm and looking for additional colleagues. The base is on Vasagatan in central Stockholm, together with project managers and designers.

Your role will primarily involve working with customers in eastern Sweden. You will work with existing customers but also have a strong focus on further expanding the customer base. You will have financial responsibility for the projects you sell, but you will hand over to a skilled project manager who will take us from idea to final delivery and satisfied customer. In the Stockholm sales team, we will have a responsibility to develop our new product areas. Perhaps this is something that attracts you?

The position entails

• Selling against set targets in goals and budget
• Following up and analyzing your market
• Business and result responsibility for your deals
• Continuously contributing to the development of our sales work and our customer offerings

The profile we are looking for

• High degree of business acumen, negotiation experience, and ability to build relationships
• Experience working independently, planning and leading yourself, with the ability to close deals
• Opportunity-oriented and good collaboration skills
• Ability to understand and interpret customer needs and translate them into concrete offers, with sustainability in focus.
• Experience in the construction process, from the technical consulting side, from the contractor side, or from supplier to contracting companies in roles such as site manager, construction engineer, project manager, or consultant is an advantage. To succeed with the above, we believe you have several years of work experience in our or related fields.
• Experience in technical sales/purchasing and understanding of contract law is also an advantage
• Driver's license
