Are you a self-motivated and positive person with an eye for detail?

Do you want to make everyday life easier for our colleagues and guests at the office?  Then you are the one we are looking for!

Your daily tasks include:

• Being the face of the office and making employees and guests feel comfortable
• Taking care of planned events, such as coffee breaks and lunches – from orders to setting up and cleaning
• Refilling the coffee machine and ensuring coffee is always available
• Communicating with our service partners
• Assisting with general office tasks

We are looking for someone who:

• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Has experience in cleaning (meritorious)
• Is a self-driven and positive person who enjoys taking initiative.
• Has a twinkle in their eye and a service-oriented mindset.

About the role:

• 4 hours a day as Daily Host
