Fastighetsfabriken is a family-owned company that owns and manages properties in Uddevalla, Ljungskile, Lysekil, and Mellerud. Today, eight people are employed by the company. The company has a turnover of approximately 25 million SEK distributed over 26 profit centers.

We are looking for someone who is driven, engaged, reliable, and has a strong work ethic. To thrive with us, you need to be handy and versatile. You should have a broad skill set in several different areas. A B driver's license is a requirement. We sometimes work on roofs, and the job also involves some heavy lifting, so you need to be in good shape.

As a property technician at Fastighetsfabriken, you will be responsible for the maintenance, operation, and upkeep of all the company's properties.

Description

Property management with us means that you will work with everything from carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and vehicles. We build our employees' skills so that you can solve most situations that arise in management on your own. It is a free, independent job, which requires you to be responsible and proactive. Therefore, you should have a basic understanding of electrical work, plumbing, construction, and vehicles to apply for this job.

You should be social and able to communicate with our tenants, as well as work alone or in a team with the management tasks assigned to you. Your tasks will vary from day to day, but you will primarily work with our properties in Uddevalla. The properties in Ljungskile and Lysekil are also part of your responsibilities. You will work in a small, well-established company with opportunities for a lot of personal responsibility. You will also work in our on-call team, which may involve responding during evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

- Independently or in collaboration with others in the team, perform corrective maintenance, planned maintenance, and smaller projects.

- Participate in the planning of both preventive and planned maintenance.

- Supervision and upkeep of the properties.

- Planning your own work.

- Daily communication with tenants, colleagues, and suppliers.

- Work proactively with supervision, maintenance, optimization, and improvements of building and property technical systems.

Competence

- Certification in Electrical, Plumbing, and Refrigeration is an advantage.

- Mechanical experience is an advantage.

- Financial understanding.

Conditions

Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.
