About the position As a runner, you will gain a unique overall view of the entire operation. You will work throughout the building and save the day where the need is greatest. Some days you will delve into the same department, while other days you will move between different units. Variety is your middle name, and you enjoy being a flexible problem solver.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is extremely flexible and sees change as a positive
• Is self-driven and takes initiative
• Can quickly familiarize themselves with different departments' routines
• Always puts the residents' needs first
• Has an easy time collaborating with different teams
• Is stress-resistant and can prioritize in the moment
• Has training as a nursing assistant or caregiver
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Your tasks:

• Care in various departments as needed
• Quickly familiarize yourself with current care plans
• Support where the workload is highest
• Flexibly adapt to different working methods
• Contribute to continuity despite changing departments
