Are you passionate about visual communication and want to leave your mark on a growing brand? At Hydroscand, you will work creatively with campaigns, concepts, and graphic design – alongside engaged colleagues in a close-knit team at our headquarters in Älvsjö. We are now looking for you to become our new marketing communicator with a focus on graphic material!

About the role Hydroscand is the market leader in Scandinavia in hoses and fittings and is currently present in 20 countries globally. As a graphic marketing communicator, you will be responsible for our visual communication in Sweden and Denmark. You will ensure that all graphic material aligns with our graphic profile, brand platform, and values.

You will:

• Act as an advisor on visual communication issues
• Coordinate production and follow-up of campaigns
• Support the organization in the work with our graphic identity

Your main tasks:

• Graphic production: Create and coordinate material for campaigns, advertisements, sales support, trade shows, and in-store communication – for both digital and print media. Develop and maintain templates for internal and external use.

• Visual profiling: Coordinate facade signage, vehicle decoration, and exterior/interior profiling from idea to approval. Be responsible for ordering and updating profile products such as stickers, flags, and assortment materials.
• Campaign planning: Plan and execute visual campaigns according to the annual plan or during launches. Produce and publish advertisements in print and digital channels, as well as upload material to the company's brand book.
• Packaging design:  Create concepts and visual solutions for packaging in line with the brand. Produce original files for print according to technical specifications and collaborate with product development, marketing, and printing companies.
• Photo and video: Perform or coordinate photography and simple film production of products, staff, and environments.

You will work closely with colleagues in marketing, sales, e-commerce, customer service, and our branches in Sweden. The position is based at our headquarters in Älvsjö and requires on-site work.

Your profile We are looking for someone with a strong eye for form, color, and communication – who thrives in a varied and creative work environment. You are self-driven, structured, and curious about our industry.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within B2B or a related industry
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with, for example, sales, retail operations, and IT
• Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud – especially Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and InDesign
