About the Role

We are now looking for experienced forklift operators for our external client. Depending on the assignment, other tasks may also be included, and you will work in several departments where manual work with physical lifting is part of the job. Therefore, we prefer candidates who have good physical fitness and strength to handle the tasks. At our client, you will first receive training in different departments before you get the opportunity to operate the forklift in the area.

When moving heavy loads, it is important to be careful and a safe driver who handles the forklift and the goods in a secure manner. There may be occasions where you will need to unload trailers by hand.

Your daily tasks and responsibilities may include:

• Receiving and dispatching goods, which will constitute a large part of your work
• Operating counterbalance forklifts and clamp trucks
• Loading and unloading goods
• Efficient stacking and storage of products
• Performing other tasks related to terminal operations

You will play a central role in ensuring smooth and efficient flows in our warehouse operations

Working hours will be scheduled on weekdays between 07:00-16:00.

About You

We are looking for someone who has experience driving forklifts and feels confident behind the wheel. Since the job involves a fair amount of independent responsibility, we value that you are structured and good at planning and prioritizing your tasks. You are flexible and have a positive attitude towards various tasks, while also understanding the importance of providing excellent customer service.

Requirements for the Position:

• Good computer skills
• Forklift license type A-B (certification)
• Experience with long forks is an advantage
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written

Mobile Consultant:

You are employed by us at DFDS Professionals but work at our clients' locations. Being a mobile consultant means that you are employed by DFDS Professionals to perform work in client companies, and your workplace, working hours, and tasks may vary within an agreed service area. Selection is ongoing, and hiring may occur before the application deadline.
