Assemblin El is one of Sweden's largest players in security. They work with everything from design and construction to installation, service, and maintenance of security technical systems. Their assignments span new construction, renovation, industry, public sector, and authorities with security protection agreements. Within security at Assemblin El, we are now looking for several project managers with a background in the security industry for several of their offices!

Job responsibilities

As a project manager, you will drive projects in fire and security from start to finish with full financial responsibility. You will lead teams through installations in properties, facilities, and industry, from planning to final inspection. Your daily work involves building relationships with customers and suppliers, coaching employees, and solving challenges together with the team. You are responsible for the project's finances, staffing, and purchasing while ensuring a safe working environment. You participate in budgeting and quoting, closely monitor project progress, and act quickly in response to changes. As a leader, you engage the team in problem-solving, break down projects into clear milestones, and encourage suggestions from employees. In this role, you report to the branch, site, or department manager depending on how the team is organized.

The role suits you if you want significant personal responsibility, build customer relationships, and lead teams toward concrete results. You will influence both project execution and employee development with support from an experienced organization. Work in security protection procurement agreements and projects may occur.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Experience in the security industry
• Experience in a leadership role, such as supervisor, lead installer, or equivalent
• Driver's license (B)
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

As part of the recruitment process, a credit check will be conducted, and a criminal record extract will be requested. For final candidates, a security review will also be conducted. During employment, regular checks will be made in corresponding systems by both Assemblin El and their customers.

The position will be advertised during the summer, where Bravura will conduct phone assessments and interviews continuously. In weeks 32-33, the selection will be followed up with Assemblin El, who will start meeting candidates from week 34.
