Personal Qualities and Qualifications

We are looking for an individual who is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. It is crucial that you can communicate effectively with assistance users, colleagues, and healthcare staff to avoid misunderstandings.

You should be meticulous, proactive, and solution-oriented. We appreciate if you are attentive and have the ability to sense the unspoken needs of the user, as well as possessing empathy and stability in stressful situations. A positive attitude and clear communication are also important for this role. Great emphasis is placed on your personal suitability.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

As our employee, you will support the assistance user in everything they cannot manage on their own, in line with their approved services. This includes assistance with transfers, household tasks, personal hygiene, and activities both inside and outside the home. Documentation, reporting, and certain delegated tasks may also be part of your responsibilities.

Other Requirements and Information

A B driver's license is advantageous and may be a requirement depending on the user. Working hours vary and may include days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Waiting time may occur in the schedule.
