• You are a trained Care Assistant
• You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
• You are resilient and used to taking responsibility
• You are accustomed to working independently
• You must have a B driver's license

About you:

• You are flexible, meticulous, independent, and responsible.
• You are used to working with mobile and digital platforms.
• You are social, outgoing, attentive, and have a positive attitude.
• You find it easy to collaborate and thrive in a flexible environment.
• You have a professional approach in your communications.
• You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and can document in social journals.

We also see that you have a genuine interest in helping individuals in need of support in their daily lives. One of your strengths is the ability to see their individual needs. You have the ability to handle more pressured situations that may arise.

Your tasks:

In home care, you work in our clients' own homes, providing the care and support they are entitled to according to the assistance decision and the individual implementation plan. Daytime tasks may include assistance with:

• Meals
• Social support
• Supervision
• Care and personal hygiene
• Support with dressing and undressing
• Shopping
• And much more

We offer a daytime schedule with work Monday to Friday.

Daytime schedule: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM. There are variations of fixed schedules with different working degrees.

You will start from our office in Österåker. We believe that you live nearby so that travel to and from work is not burdensome.
