About the role: In the role of support technician at Bedege, you will also handle 1st line level cases primarily via phone and email, but also through remote access and a case portal. You will work broadly with troubleshooting in business systems, network issues, hardware, and user inquiries, always focusing on helping the customer quickly and accurately.
Tasks may include:
- Troubleshooting data flows and business systems
- Password resets (Active Directory)
- Guidance on technical issues, e.g., restarting terminals
- Support for finance departments with accounting problems
- Management and escalation of cases according to priority levels
- Dispatching spare parts and depot items
- Monitoring systems and cases, follow-up according to SLA
- Performing scheduled tasks on-site or remotely

We are looking for you:
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in IT who wants a long-term role where you can combine technology with service. You are a solution-oriented person who thrives in a varied, fast-paced work environment, takes responsibility for your tasks, and is eager to contribute to the team's collective success. To succeed in this role, we prefer that you:
- Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
- Have a completed high school diploma or equivalent
- Pass a relevant background check
It is advantageous if you have education in IT and/or previous experience in a similar support role. Practical information:
Start: By agreement (preferably late August/early September) Scope: Full-time with an initial probationary period Location: Stockholm, Norrtull Working hours: The support is open every day between 06:00–22:00 to ensure high service to our customers. You will work according to a rotating schedule, with weekend shifts approximately every 4th–5th week. Contact:
