• You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written

• You must have a B driver's license

• You are used to working with mobile and digital platforms.
• You are social, outgoing, attentive, and have a positive demeanor.
• You can easily collaborate and thrive in a flexible environment.
• You have a professional approach in your communications.
• You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and can document in social journals.
• It is an advantage if you are a trained nursing assistant

You also have a genuine interest in helping individuals in need of support in their daily lives. We also see that one of your strengths is the ability to recognize their individual needs. You also have the ability to handle more pressured situations.

Your tasks:

In home care, you work in our clients' own homes to provide the care and support they are entitled to, according to the assistance decision and the individual implementation plan. Evening tasks may include assistance with:

• Meals
• Social support
• Supervision
• Care and personal hygiene
• Support with dressing and undressing
• Shopping
• And much more

We offer an evening schedule with work Monday to Friday.

Evening schedule: 4:00 PM - approximately 10:00 PM. There are variations of fixed schedules with different working degrees.

You will be based at our office in Österåker, where there are opportunities for development. We believe you live nearby so that travel to and from work is not burdensome.
