We are now looking for a results-driven and hungry salesperson to Serwent - a leading player in critical water and wastewater infrastructure. If you want to be part of an engaged team and work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment in a company experiencing positive growth - read on!

We are seeking a results-oriented salesperson who will work with existing and new customers, both within and outside the region. The position offers flexibility with a location in Stockholm, but sales will take place nationwide.

Main responsibilities: Build and maintain customer relationships - Drive sales: You are responsible for creating and maintaining both new and long-term customer relationships.

Administrative responsibility: You manage and update contracts in the CRM system Rekyl and work with Excel to ensure accurate follow-up.

Marketing and brand awareness: You contribute to increasing Serwent's visibility by participating in trade fairs, networking, and creating engagement around our brand.

Customer meetings and events: You initiate and lead customer meetings and events, as well as hold presentations to strengthen relationships.

Campaigns and marketing strategy: You implement sales campaigns and actively participate in the development of marketing plans and budgets.

Development of the sales organization: You are an active part of the work to further develop and optimize the sales structure and processes.

More about you and what we are looking for:

We place great importance on your personal qualities and are looking for a driven and engaged person! We believe you have 1-4 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales.

It is advantageous but not a requirement if you have experience from the construction or water and wastewater industry, or a similar area, which gives you a good understanding of projects in these fields. The most important thing for us is that you are used to creating relationships, building trust, and working in a structured manner.

As a person, you are communicative, driven, and enjoy networking. You have a strong interest in both people and business, are self-motivated, and have a strong desire to achieve results. You thrive in a fast and dynamic environment where you can take your own initiatives and think long-term to build strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • 1-4 years of sales experience where you have worked towards goals and budgets
  • Previous experience from construction, the water and wastewater industry, or equivalent, and a good understanding of how projects in the industry work
  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • B driver's license

Scope and placement

This is a direct recruitment to Serwent, with a 6-month probationary period. The position is full-time. You will be based at the office in Rotebro, travel is required. Start as soon as possible! Alcohol and drug tests are conducted upon hiring.
