Job responsibilities

As a project manager at Software Point, you will have overall responsibility for deliveries in customer projects. You will work closely with both customers and the team to plan, follow up, and drive projects forward. The role requires both operational focus and strategic understanding, with responsibility for finance, communication, and quality. Travel may occur in connection with customer projects.

• Lead customer projects from start to finish with responsibility for planning and follow-up
• Be responsible for budget, resource planning, invoicing, and time reporting
• Manage customer dialogue, including negotiation and pricing
• Handle escalations and relay issues internally
• Coordinate and support project teams with solution architects and developers
• Contribute with structure, clarity, and solution focus in customer dialogue and teamwork

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Previous experience in project management, preferably from software implementation
• Experience leading projects in complex, regulated environments (e.g., healthcare)
• Knowledge of project methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent)
• Preferred if you have post-secondary education in Life Science, engineering, or IT, or a clinical background
• Preferred if you have experience in laboratory operations or LIS systems
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

You have a high problem-solving ability, are structured, and used to prioritizing in a fast-paced environment. You thrive in a collaborative role where you can influence, engage, and coach the team while also taking clear ownership of the progress of projects.
