Cleaner at O’Learys Borlänge

About the position: We are now looking for an experienced and dedicated cleaner who wants to contribute to the success of O’Learys Borlänge. As a cleaner with us, you play an important role in ensuring that our premises maintain the highest quality and create a pleasant and welcoming environment for our guests and employees. You will be responsible for performing various cleaning and maintenance tasks according to established routines and standards.

About you: We are looking for someone with an eye for detail who is meticulous and self-driven in their work. The ability to work effectively both independently and in a team is important for thriving and succeeding in the role of cleaner at O’Learys. To fit the role, you need to be thorough and driven by achieving good results. It is also an advantage to enjoy a fast-paced environment and to handle stress well.

Your responsibilities include:

• Responsible for performing thorough cleaning and maintenance of the premises according to given routines and checklists
• Ensuring that premises and common areas are kept clean to provide the best possible experience for our guests and colleagues
• Identifying and reporting any deviations or deficiencies in the condition of the premises to responsible staff for action
• Working efficiently and independently to maintain high standards and quality in cleaning work
• Responsible for dishwashing during service and closing according to given routines and checklists.

Desired experience and qualities:

• At least two years of experience in cleaning and maintenance of commercial premises
• Performing tasks with precision and accuracy to ensure that work is carried out correctly and efficiently.
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and proficient in English at a very good level
• Able to handle a fast-paced environment and stressful situations effectively
• Able to work independently and take initiative to achieve set goals and requirements.
• Able to collaborate with others and contribute to a positive work environment
