About Kullen Ekerö

Kullen is a nursing home with 82 places for both dementia and somatic care. Kullen is located right by Ekerö center. It takes about 20 minutes to travel by bus from Brommaplan to us.

• We are a dementia-certified facility, which means that all of us who work here are trained in dementia and care through Silvia certification.
• We apply a fixed schedule.
• You have a team leader who spends most of their time working closely with you in the operations. Becoming a team leader can also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant.
• Here we work with animals in care and have regular visits from therapy dogs.

As a nursing assistant, you are incredibly important!

Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their way of living and their habits. You see each person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you learn a lot about care, aging, and how to meet people.

You are closest to the resident and thus have a key role in the team with the nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. You also participate in care planning and write social documentation.

Your experience and knowledge

You need to be a trained nursing assistant and have worked a few years in elderly care. Good computer skills and experience in documentation are also advantageous. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you share our values and have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and opportunities to grow.
