As an independent crop production advisor at HIR Skåne, you focus on the customer's interests and become a valuable sounding board in everyday life. HIR Skåne's business idea is to optimize farmers' production through personal advice and to be a knowledge organization that develops Swedish agriculture. We are constantly developing new services and areas of operation.

Your main tasks will primarily involve providing crop production advice and contributing to the development of HIR Skåne and Swedish agriculture in various ways. When the crops grow, you meet customers in the field and give your advice. During the autumn and winter, you plan crop production together with your customers based on crop rotations, supply of plant nutrients, and the best strategy for soil cultivation – all according to the farm's conditions. Throughout the year, you will also work on various development projects. Based on your interests and experiences, there are good opportunities to work with several different areas of expertise within crop production.

Qualifications

• Agronomist/land manager or equivalent competence. We are looking for new colleagues with work experience, but also for newly graduated talents. We can offer opportunities for further development for those with more experience, and we have the competence to develop those who are new to the field.

• Driving license B and access to your own car.
