Together with Oddwork, we are looking for a social and curious person who wants to develop both themselves and our business.As a Salesperson You will work with the entire sales process, from prospecting and initial contact to closing deals. You will focus entirely on acquiring new customers and be responsible for finding, engaging, and building trust with new clients in the Horeca segment. This is a role for someone who enjoys personal interactions and gets energized by making things happen.

You will work closely with our sales manager and be part of a driven team where we support each other. Our clients range from local bistros to larger restaurant groups, and it is in the interaction with them that you thrive the most. With an established brand behind you, a strong product portfolio, and short decision-making paths, you have all the prerequisites for success.

About you: You have a clear sales drive, enjoy working independently, and are motivated by achieving set goals. You are used to working in a structured manner, following up on your activities, and enjoy finding new ways to reach the right decision-makers. While you are proactive and goal-oriented, you also possess a humble and attentive approach. You understand that sales is as much about listening as it is about talking. You do not need extensive experience, but you should be eager to develop in your role and be curious about both people and business.

We believe you have:

  • Experience in B2B sales
  • If you have experience in the restaurant industry, we will be especially interested
  • Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
