Do you want to lead construction and installation work in projects that drive electrification forward? We are looking for a construction manager with electrical power expertise who wants to work closely with technology – out in the field, together with contractors, technical specialists, and project managers. You play a key role in making complex energy projects work in practice.

About the role As a construction manager in electrical power, you are an important link between design and execution in our customer assignments. You are responsible for leading and following up on construction and installation work on-site, focusing on ensuring that the work is carried out according to technical requirements, schedules, work environment regulations, and quality.

You are the client's representative in the field and have an active role in the daily work alongside contractors, technical specialists, and other stakeholders. The work involves planning, coordination, follow-up, and documentation of what happens on the construction site.

Who are you? You have experience in electrical power and thrive in a role where you are present in projects and drive the work forward together with others. As a consultant, you are confident in representing the client, following up on contracts, and handling technical and practical issues during the construction phase. You are solution-focused, structured, and used to communicating clearly.

We would like you to have:

• Engineering degree in electrical power, construction, or equivalent technical field

• Experience in construction management, control, or assembly in the field

• Familiarity with work involving overhead lines, foundations, or steel structures

• Knowledge of AB 04, ABT 06, and AMA Construction/Infrastructure and MER is an advantage

• Certified according to ESA

• Experience with cast-in-place concrete (level class 1 or 2) or work according to relevant standards is also an advantage
