Who are you? To fit in with us, we see that you have the following qualities and qualifications:

• Nursing assistant education – You are trained and experienced in your field.
• Fluent in Swedish – You master Swedish both in speech and writing and have the ability to document in a professional manner.
• Driver's license B – You are an experienced driver and can navigate well in traffic to visit our clients in their homes.
• Stress-resistant and responsible – You handle pressured situations with calm and determination.
• Independent – You enjoy working independently but are also a team player when needed.

• Empathetic and attentive – You have a genuine desire to help and understand that each client has their own needs and wishes.
• Communicative – You find it easy to communicate and collaborate with both clients and colleagues.
• Flexible and solution-oriented – You are used to working in an environment where no day is like the other and have the ability to adapt to clients' needs.
• Thorough and responsible – You have a high quality awareness and take responsibility for your work and results.

Job responsibilities – What will you do? As a nursing assistant in home care, you will have a central role in our clients' lives, and your tasks will vary depending on each individual's needs. Here are examples of what you can expect to work with:

• Personal care: Assist with personal hygiene and dressing.
• Social support and conversation: Provide companionship, create security, and give clients the feeling of not being alone.
• Supervision and assistance when needed: Be a support in handling various situations, for example during transfers.
• Practical tasks: Assist with shopping, meals, and other things that can facilitate the client's daily life.
• Documentation: Carefully document the support and care you provide, in accordance with assistance decisions and implementation plans.

Working hours and periods

• Working days: Monday – Friday.
• Working hours: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
• Workplace: You will start from our office in Täby Kyrkby, and we believe you live nearby to facilitate your commute.
• Flexibility: We offer fixed schedules with different working degrees and the possibility of variation.

Aleo Care is a family-owned company founded in 2017 and operates in Täby, Vallentuna, Österåker, Vaxholm, and Oxelösund. Currently, we run operations in the areas of home care, housing support, and home service.

We strive for as high personnel continuity as possible in our planning. At the office, we have administrative staff who plan employees and clients in several different geographical areas.
