C&I Sales Representative at 1KOMMA5 Sweden – Energy for a Sustainable Future

At 1KOMMA5 Sweden, we are currently looking for a business-driven and engaged C&I Sales Representative (Commercial & Industrial) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a key person in our growth journey – leading large-scale sales projects from the first contact to handover to the project department. You will be the link between the customer's needs and requirements and our solutions in climate technology and energy. You will work closely with both customers and internal teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

About the role:

As a C&I Sales Representative, you will:

Drive large-scale sales activities within C&I/B2B focusing on climate-smart energy solutions.

Lead and coordinate sales projects from contact to quote and further to handover.

Identify new business opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.

Collaborate closely with our technical and operational teams.

Contribute structure, business drive, and engagement in a growing company.

We are looking for someone who has:

Post-secondary education in areas such as technology, economics, energy, sales, or

project management.

At least 2–3 years of experience in C&I/B2B sales.

Experience in project deliveries or coordinating roles.

Good computer skills and experience with CRM and project management systems.

A valid driver's license (B).

Excellent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you also have:

Experience from the energy, construction, electrical, or solar industry.

Knowledge in solar energy, battery storage, or charging infrastructure.

Experience from scale-ups, startups, or rapidly changing environments.

Experience with LOU (Public Procurement Act).
