Do you want a key role in the maintenance flow of one of Stockholm's most important energy companies? We are now looking for someone who wants to work operationally and strategically with logistics, purchasing, and inventory management – in a socially important operation with a strong focus on sustainability.

We are looking for you who:

As a Maintenance Logistician, you will become a central part of the maintenance organization. You are responsible for ensuring that the right materials and spare parts are in the right place at the right time to ensure operational reliability and efficiency. You will work closely with technicians, suppliers, and other support functions within the organization.

This is a full-time assignment with an immediate start according to agreement. The assignment initially extends over one year with the possibility of extension for another 1+1 year.

• Receiving goods and materials
• Forklift driving and inventory management
• Purchasing and delivery of spare parts and materials
• Request for quotes and supplier contacts
• Ongoing inventory, stock management, and warehouse control
• Daily use of the maintenance system IFS
• Drive purchasing projects from need to delivery
• Ensure supplier quality, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness

• Forklift license A + B
• Driver's license B or AM qualification
• Experience working in maintenance systems, preferably IFS
• Experience in strategic and operational purchasing
• Documented experience in supplier negotiations, including international
• Experience in purchasing projects within industry or production
• Knowledge of inventory optimization and demand planning
• Experience with cost-saving initiatives and supplier development
