HSB Northern Götaland manages approximately 18,000 condominiums and 289 condominium associations. We are now looking for an engaged and self-sufficient carpenter to join our team – a role where you will have the opportunity to work variably, take responsibility, and make a difference for our customers every day.

Your Responsibilities

As a carpenter with us, you will primarily work with building service assignments, including insurance damages, renovations of bathrooms and kitchens, roofing work, as well as replacing windows and doors. You will also handle ongoing service work.

The role includes regular contact with our customers, where you receive reports of faults, register completed work, and are responsible for feedback. You will also be in contact with our subcontractors and suppliers, which requires good communication skills – something we highly value.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is goal-oriented and has experience in similar tasks. You thrive in a work environment where openness and lack of pretension are central values. You are solution-oriented, can work independently under your own responsibility, and function well in a team under supervision. Since you represent the company at the customer site, it is important that you are communicative, outgoing, and have a strong sense of service. 

Experience working with waterproofing according to BKR is an advantage.

A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement.
