We are now looking for two nursing assistants to Attendo Bergtallsvägen.

Attendo Bergtallsvägen is a nursing home where we provide care for individuals with dementia diagnoses. We are located opposite Långbroparken within walking distance to Fruängen's center.

About the role

As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a significant part of your role, as well as contributing to various activities that brighten the everyday life of our elderly.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Personal care according to the organization's routines based on the individual needs and wishes of the customer
• Assisting with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.
• Documenting and working based on decided interventions
• Collaborating with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.
• Case management

Qualifications

• Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 points.
• Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
• Good computer skills/computer familiarity

Meritorious:

• Experience from care work in elderly care
• Experience in delegation.

Working time: Daytime, evenings, and weekends.
