About the position
This is a consulting assignment with good opportunities for permanent employment. In this role, you will initially be employed by Bravura, and it is stated that DHL intends to offer you employment with them in the long term. Job Responsibilities
As an experienced air freight forwarder, your primary task is to ensure that customers' transport needs are met efficiently. You will have daily contact with customers and suppliers, manage bookings, and ensure that transports are carried out on time and according to customer requirements. You are responsible for updating systems with accurate information, booking cost-effective transports, and proactively informing customers about delivery status, managing deviations, and suggesting solutions. Additionally, you will respond to price inquiries, handle upselling, and assist customers with climate compensation and insurance. The role also involves following up and analyzing reports that are communicated to customers. With a focus on customer satisfaction, you will work with regular follow-ups and actively contribute to continuous improvements in a dynamic and solution-oriented environment.

• Promote customer satisfaction through follow-ups and improvements
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
• Post-secondary education in transport, logistics, or forwarding
• At least 3 years of work experience in air freight forwarding, with a focus on air import
• Very good knowledge of Excel; experience with CargoWise is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
To be successful in this role, you have a solid background in air freight forwarding and a natural sense of responsibility. You are used to working independently, delivering according to set goals, and taking full ownership of your tasks. Your experience enables you to quickly adapt to new workflows and contribute both stability and quality from day one. You have a strong professional integrity, a business-driven focus, and a solution-oriented approach that allows you to handle challenges with structure and efficiency.
