Your role as a pharmacist at Kronans Apotek Boda in Borås

We are looking for a driven and committed pharmacist for our pharmacy. The pharmacy is located in Boda, just a 5-minute drive from Borås city center. The pharmacy is in the same building as Boda Health Center, and there are many residential areas, a couple of grocery stores, and many businesses around. Our typical customers are all residents, both families with children and the elderly, in Boda and Brämhult, and the surrounding area. We primarily have prescription customers, but we also have a small and well-managed self-care department. The pharmacy has a family-like atmosphere with many returning customers.

You will work closely with a wonderful team consisting of a pharmacist and a prescription-qualified technician who jointly take great responsibility for the pharmacy and create world-class customer experiences. The pharmacy is part of a cluster with Kronans Apotek Enedalsgatan and Kronans Apotek Fristad. Here we are flexible and help out at all three pharmacies when needed. In addition, we have a good collaboration with other pharmacies in Sjuhärad to assist each other when needed.

The daily work is varied and includes everything from advising and selling medications and self-care products to working with inventory management, campaign work, quality, and development. The role also includes the following responsibilities and tasks:

• You are responsible for dispensing the right medication to each customer and offering the best possible customer advice while creating a world-class customer experience.
• Create participation within the pharmacy and promote good group dynamics through good collaboration with your colleagues.

The pharmacy is open from 08:30 to 17:00 on weekdays, closed on Saturdays and Sundays. We offer a permanent position with an initial probationary period on a full-time basis, and you will be welcomed to pharmacy manager Caroline Grönberg's team. Desired start date is according to agreement.

We are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician. You have extensive experience as a pharmacist and want to share and inspire with your knowledge to both colleagues and customers to contribute to good medication use and health.

For the role as LMA, you need to have at least 2 years of experience in a Swedish outpatient pharmacy and one year of documented quality work. We believe that you thrive best when you can be part of an engaged team working towards clearly defined goals. At the pharmacy, we all help each other with daily tasks, and together we create a pleasant, thriving, and safe work environment where we grow, have fun, and share our successes.
