Are you an experienced carpenter who enjoys responsibility, customer contact, and freedom under responsibility? We are now looking for a self-driven and solution-oriented person for a growing contracting company with strong future prospects. The position is filled on behalf of the client and is a direct recruitment.

About the role

You will work broadly within construction services and take responsibility for your own assignments in consultation with both colleagues and clients. You will work from home in a service vehicle, manage work orders digitally, and are used to representing the company in the field. You will independently drive smaller projects and often act as the contact person for the client.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 5 years of experience as a carpenter

• Has a professional certificate

• Has a B driver's license

• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently

• Is structured, reliable, and good at taking initiative

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience in construction services within the public sector

• Run your own business or had a very independent role

• Completed training such as Hot Work and Bas U/P

• Good digital skills and experience with work order systems
