We are now looking for a service-oriented and engaged receptionist who wants to help create memorable guest experiences at our facilities in Borlänge. As a receptionist with us, you are the face of the hotel and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Since service and hospitality are our core business, it is important that you have a natural service ability and can work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude, efficiency, and quality.

About Us: Elite Hotel Brage is a historic and modern hotel facility located in the heart of Borlänge. Vana Spa Borlänge offers relaxation and well-being with its luxurious spa facilities. We always strive to deliver the highest quality and service to our guests. The reception plays an important role in ensuring a smooth flow between departments and creating a high-class guest experience.

Responsibilities:

- Check-in and check-out of guests

- Handling bookings and reservations

- Informing guests about the hotel and spa facilities' services and amenities

- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any questions or issues

- Contributing to creating a pleasant and professional atmosphere at the reception

Qualifications:

- Experience in a similar role, preferably within the hotel or service industry

- Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

- Service-oriented with the ability to greet guests in a professional and friendly manner

- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team

- Age requirement: At least 20 years old, as some shifts include serving responsibilities

Employment Type:

- Permanent position 75%, with an initial probationary period

- Working hours: days, evenings, and every other weekend

- Start: by agreement

- Application deadline: Selection will be ongoing

- Salary: Salary according to collective agreement
