About the role

Our Customer Advisors are the heroes of Northmill. It is thanks to our Customer Advisors that Northmill has the highest ratings in the industry on Trustpilot, and it is their insights that enable us to develop the most user-friendly services for our customers.

In customer service at Northmill, you will grow. Here, you work alongside wonderful colleagues, develop in service, and learn about financial services. In the role of Customer Advisor, your job is to help Northmill's customers achieve a better personal financial situation. This is Northmill's vision. As a Customer Advisor, you assist our customers via phone, email, and chat. Examples of cases you will handle include opening savings accounts, borrowing money (https://www.northmill.com/se/kontokredit/), or lowering the interest rate on current loans and credits. As a Customer Advisor, you always focus on the customer with the goal of providing the best possible service. This is the role for you if you excel at building relationships and are driven by helping people.

About you

To succeed in this role, we believe you are a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has good communication skills, and always strives to deliver world-class service. We also believe you are a flexible person with great curiosity, drive, and perseverance. Additionally, you speak and write fluent Swedish and have good knowledge of English.

It is a merit if you have (but not a requirement):

  • Degree in economics
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or credit management
