You now have the opportunity to become part of a wonderful customer service team at one of our beloved client companies in Stockholm. You will be part of a fast-growing company that is currently building its new customer service department. 

As a customer service representative, you will handle incoming calls and bookings. Your task will be to provide professional service and guidance to the company's customers via phone and email.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving incoming calls and providing customers with the right information and support.

• Booking appointments and guiding customers based on their needs.

• Working solution-oriented to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Answering general questions about the business, such as opening hours and office locations.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is at the beginning of their career and wants to grow into the role of customer service representative. In this role, you will have several points of contact, both with customers and colleagues, so it is important that you enjoy a social and service-oriented role. It is also important that you can meet people in a professional and attentive manner.

Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Structured, self-driven, and have a good ability to solve problems.

• Driven by working towards goals and creating good customer experiences.

• Have a positive and solution-oriented attitude.

Location: Central Stockholm

Scope: Full-time. Working hours are scheduled between 07:00–19:00, with 8-hour shifts per day. In the long run, evening and weekend work will also be relevant.

Employment: You will initially be employed as a consultant by us at The Place for 4 months, with good opportunities to then be directly employed by the client company.
