Sales Manager at Coop Forshaga

We are looking for a positive and energetic person ready to lead a sales-driven team in our Coop Forshaga store! We are seeking a Sales Manager, 40 hours/week, with primary responsibility for grocery.

You need to have a strong drive and be confident in your leadership as this is a significant part of your daily routine. To succeed, you must be able to communicate easily, be clear, and have a coaching and supportive approach.

With high ambition and goals, you will create a winning team with the store manager, focusing on results and job satisfaction. With enthusiasm, you will drive the work together with the store manager and other employees, where you have the ability to build strong teams with significant involvement and engagement.

Your role includes, among other things:

• Leading the sales efforts together with other employees
• Ensuring the daily operations regarding everything from staffing to supply management and sales planning.
• Following up on sales, budget, and margins.
• Creating a sales-oriented and inspiring environment in the store.
• Coaching your employees

Evenings and weekend work may occur.
