We at Gigstep are currently looking for a service desk employee for an assignment at a large tech company. Here, you will work with user support and troubleshooting – being the one who makes everyday life easier for both customers and colleagues.

About the assignment

You will receive incoming cases via phone and work in a case management system. It involves providing quick and accurate support regarding:

- Troubleshooting technical issues

- Account management

- Assistance with hardware related to the company's system solutions

This is a role where the phone is your primary tool, so you need to enjoy handling calls, have a good flow in conversations, and be able to switch quickly between different types of cases.

We believe that you:

- Have previous experience in service desk, customer support, or IT support

- Are used to handling many cases per day without losing quality

- Have good communication skills and enjoy solving problems

- Are stress-resistant, structured, and maintain calm in conversations even when things get hectic

- Have good computer skills and can easily adapt to new systems

A technical education is a plus, but the most important thing is your attitude and ability to provide great service under high pressure!
