About the role

As a Field Marketing Lead, you will work to promote and increase the patient base for our physical healthcare operations, including health centers and vaccination clinics. Your responsibilities will include:

• Increasing our patient base through local events, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.
• Ensuring that our physical clinics provide an exceptional patient experience and adhere to our graphic standards.
• Initiating, executing, and analyzing the impact of partnerships, events, and new types of marketing initiatives.
• Working operationally on projects with various stakeholders, both from our own healthcare operations and external partners.

This is a role where you will have your own responsibilities and a significant opportunity to make an impact. 

About you

We value creative initiative and strong self-leadership. You are equally skilled at coming up with new ideas as you are at executing them. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a hands-on attitude.

As for formal qualifications, we believe you have:

• At least three years of experience in a similar role, likely within events, marketing, or sales. 
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.

It is a plus if you also have experience in:

• Working with retail or event marketing
• Working in or with sales teams.
• Entrepreneurship.

• Start date? We would love for you to join us as soon as possible, but we understand if you are currently engaged elsewhere - we can discuss a suitable date at the end of the process.
• This is a permanent position with an initial probationary period.
• Your base will be at our headquarters on Sveavägen 63. You will also have the opportunity to work from home on Fridays.
