About the position:

As a real estate agent, you will play a central role in the company's strategic and operational work. In this role, you will be a key person in supporting and developing our business by providing valuable expertise and insights within the real estate industry. You will work closely with our team of agents, clients, and external partners to ensure that we deliver tailored solutions and services of the highest quality.

Requirements:

We are looking for a person with the following qualities and qualifications:

• Registered real estate agent with FMI with at least 1 year of experience
• Documented good sales results as an agent with positive reviews.
• Strong business insight and ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to build relationships with buyers and sellers.
• Commitment and motivation to work towards set goals and drive their personal brand in combination with the company
