About the role 

As a pharmacist at Pharmacy C W Scheele, you will play a central role in meeting our customers' needs for advice and products related to medications and health. Pharmacy C W Scheele is located in the heart of Stockholm City, between the Central Station and the pulse of Drottninggatan. We are Sweden's only 24-hour pharmacy, and therefore we have a varied customer flow to meet.

As we are also Sweden's largest pharmacy, you will handle many different cases as a pharmacist, both large and small. We are a team of over 30 employees with many different tasks. Together, we provide service to healthcare units, home delivery to private customers, distance sales to both healthcare and private individuals, equip ship pharmacies, and send urgent orders, including antidotes, throughout Sweden. We are also a student pharmacy.

Pharmacy C W Scheele is part of the same pharmacy group as Pharmacy Korpen in Gamla Stan, so work at both locations may be relevant.

Your main areas of responsibility

• Actively work in your customer meetings to create added value through advice and cross-selling
• Contribute to achieving our goals regarding patient safety, quality, and sales
• Actively contribute to strengthening your team by sharing both knowledge and experiences
• Stay updated on our campaigns and contribute to our success in them
• Stay informed and knowledgeable about new products for the best customer care
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop our business into a pharmacy that becomes the obvious choice for our customers

For this position, we are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician with a genuine interest in pharmacy and medication use.

• You are service-oriented with a genuine interest in customer interactions and have experience working with advisory sales
• You are solution-oriented, which means you both see and act on challenges that arise
• You have good collaboration skills that contribute to creating a well-functioning team
• You stay updated on changes in the external environment related to pharmacy and medication issues
• You have experience working with considerate upselling from a service perspective
• You speak and write Swedish fluently

The working hours for this position are within the framework of the local pharmacy's opening hours, i.e., around the clock, but with an emphasis on day, evening, and weekend shifts. Night shifts may occur.
