About the role

As a pharmacist at Apoteket Midsommarkransen, you will play a central role in meeting our customers' needs for advice and products within pharmaceuticals and health.

We have opened a new pharmacy in Midsommarkransen, and here you will get to help set the standard for the future. There is the opportunity to take on several roles, depending on what attracts you.

The pharmacy will be centrally located in Midsommarkransen, close to the subway.

Your main areas of responsibility

• Actively work in your customer meetings to create added value through advice and cross-selling
• Contribute to achieving our goals regarding patient safety, quality, and sales
• Actively contribute to strengthening your team by sharing both knowledge and experiences
• Stay updated on our campaigns and contribute to our success in them
• Stay informed and knowledgeable about new products for the best customer care
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop our business into a pharmacy that becomes the obvious choice for our customers

Your competencies

For this position, we are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician with a genuine interest in pharmacy and medication use.

• You are service-oriented with a genuine interest in customer meetings and have experience working with advisory sales
• You are solution-oriented, meaning you both see and act on challenges that arise
• You have good collaboration skills, contributing to creating a well-functioning team
• You stay updated on changes in the external environment related to pharmacy and medication issues
• You have experience working with thoughtful upselling from a service perspective
