Bigacom is growing and is now looking for several junior inside sales representatives for our office in Stockholm. We work with some of Sweden's most recognized companies in energy, telecom, and services – and you will sell smart solutions to private individuals over the phone. In some projects, you will call new customers, while in others you will contact warm leads who have already shown interest.

You need no prior sales experience – we will teach you everything you need on-site. The important thing is that you are positive, goal-oriented, and enjoy talking to people.

What you will do:

Call private individuals and present products and services
Have simple, pleasant conversations – you will receive a ready-made script to work with
Tailor offers to meet the customer's needs
Receive coaching and support from experienced colleagues and leaders

We are looking for someone who:

Is social, curious, and enjoys talking on the phone
Thrives on working towards goals (and enjoys celebrating successes!)
Speaks fluent Swedish
Wants to try or develop in sales

Previous sales experience? Great! But not a requirement

What we offer:

Fixed base salary of 17,000 SEK + commission – target salary approx. 35,000 SEK/month
