Your New Role

As an operational buyer, you will be responsible for placing orders and following up on deliveries, as well as ensuring that production and project milestones are met. This places high demands on quality, flexibility, teamwork, and quick actions from you and our suppliers. Your most important points of contact, apart from the suppliers, will be the planning department and several different project offices.

You will be part of a category procurement team with other strategic and operational buyers, all based in Järfälla/Solna.

Your ongoing tasks will mainly include the following: - Purchasing of materials and services based on planned needs - Ordering and order management - Gathering cost estimates - Handling supplier invoices - Ongoing feedback to account managers - Supplier relationships and follow-up - Flow optimization

To be successful in this role, you need to

• Have 1-3 years of experience in the role of Operational Buyer.
• Be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Have excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
