Are you an experienced strategic buyer who thrives in a dynamic environment where purchasing plays a crucial role in business development? Then this could be the assignment for you! We are now looking for a skilled consultant for a business-oriented purchasing function within a larger company with a strong focus on sustainability, supplier development, and business acumen.

Your assignment

As a strategic buyer, you will take overall responsibility for developing and implementing category strategies. Your main tasks will include:

• Developing and implementing category strategies (including spend analysis, initiative prioritization, sustainability work)

• Ensuring that strategies and purchasing initiatives are anchored with internal stakeholders

• Leading the work with supplier development and establishing structured SRM processes (Supplier Relationship Management)

• Leading procurement projects in line with the overall category plan

• Following up and reporting savings

• Working to increase contract compliance and monitoring the supplier market

• Conducting CSR risk analyses and supplier segmentation

• Conducting procurements and writing contracts according to guidelines

We are looking for someone who has:

• Several years of documented experience in procurement, negotiation, and contract law

• The ability to work independently with structure and responsibility

• Business-oriented and communicative

• Relationship-building with good collaboration skills

• Self-driven and proactive
